Ingredients (for 4 people)
5 square slices of ham
100g diced tomatoes
1 bell pepper cut into cubes
50g cheese
How to make:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little MSG and salt and pepper, stir well, then add the tomatoes and bell peppers.
2. Heat the pan, add cooking oil, add eggs and stir well. Once the eggs are cooked, sprinkle a little cheese.
3. Spread out the square ham and add the cooked egg and roll it up.
