Ingredients (for 4 people)
100gr spaghetti
80g thinly sliced pepperoni sausage
80gr bell pepper
80gr chicken drumstick mushrooms
200gr mozzarella cheese
30gr spices: salt, sugar, seasoning
80g eggplant
250gr tomato sauce
10g minced garlic and purple onion
200g filtered water
20g chicken broth
How to make:
1. Put the pan on the stove, add cooking oil, fry shallots and minced garlic until golden, then add all the tomato sauce. Cook over medium heat.
2. Add 200ml of filtered water, chicken broth to the pan, add 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 tablespoon of salt, and stir well until the spices dissolve together.
3. Add all the spaghetti ingredients with chicken drumstick mushrooms, chili peppers, eggplant and pepperoni into the sauce pan, cover and let sit for about 15 minutes until the noodles are soft, then take out the mold and prepare to bake in the oven.
4. Pour the remaining sauce over the pasta and top with 200g mozzarella cheese.
5. Adjust the oven to 160 degrees Celsius, then put the spaghetti mold in and bake for about 15 minutes until it’s done.
