Ingredients (for 4 people)
12 thin slices of dried beef
10g minced olives
20g minced parmesan cheese
5gr minced chili
10g olive oil
1gr salt, 2gr pepper
3gr minced purple onion
1gr pepper
3gr minced cinnamon leaves
12 chive leaves in boiling water
How to make:
1. Mix cheese, salt, pepper, olives, minced purple onions, minced garlic, minced chili, let the spices infuse.
2. Then, spread out the dried beef and place the mixed ingredients in the middle of the bacon. Use your hands to roll the meat into a ball and then use chives to tie the ends to secure the meat.
