Smoked Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs

Smoked Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs – To make this dish even more enticing, you can serve it with a dipping sauce such as BBQ or honey mustard, along with a side of fresh greens to add a refreshing element. A sprinkle of green peppercorns can also help elevate the overall appeal of the meal.

Ingredients (for 4 people)

12 garlic chicken thighs

3g minced chili

3g minced garlic

2gr minced orange peel

2gr pepper

500gr smoked pork belly

3 grams of salt

3g minced purple onion

10g olive oil

How to make:

1. Wash the chicken thighs, drain and marinate the meat with salt, pepper, orange peel, olive oil, minced shallot, minced garlic, minced chili, leave for about 2 hours to absorb the spices.

2. Then, spread out the smoked bacon and place the chicken thigh on one end of the bacon slice. Use your hands to roll the bacon slice around the chicken thigh and then use a sharp toothpick to secure the piece of meat. Do this until all the chicken thighs are gone.

3. Heat the grill, brush a layer of cooking oil on the grill and then put the rolled chicken on the grill. Flip the chicken thighs to brown evenly on all sides.

4.Place chicken thighs wrapped in smoked bacon on a plate and enjoy.
