90gr spaghetti
60gr ham thigh
110g fresh milk no
110gr milk cream
100gr chicken broth
1 egg yolk
3gr parsley
5g salt
5g butter
15g onion
How to make
1. Cook the Spaghetti: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain the spaghetti well when cooked.
2. Prepare the Ingredients: Chop 60g of ham, parsley, and onion. Combine the chopped ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
3. Cook the Ham and Spaghetti: Heat 50ml of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat until hot. Add the chopped ham and onions to the pan and cook until softened. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan and stir well to combine.
