Ham hock carbonara pasta

Ingredients (for 4 people)

90gr spaghetti

60gr ham thigh

110g fresh milk no

110gr milk cream

100gr chicken broth

1 egg yolk

3gr parsley

5g salt

5g butter

15g onion

How to make

1. Cook the Spaghetti: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain the spaghetti well when cooked.

2. Prepare the Ingredients: Chop 60g of ham, parsley, and onion. Combine the chopped ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

3. Cook the Ham and Spaghetti: Heat 50ml of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat until hot. Add the chopped ham and onions to the pan and cook until softened. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan and stir well to combine.

4. Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in unsweetened fresh milk and stir continuously until it boils. Add milk cream and continue to stir-fry quickly until the milk mixture thickens slightly and reduces a bit.

5. Season and Finish: Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and stir for 10 seconds to dissolve. Crack an egg yolk into the pan and stir quickly to coat the noodles evenly. Turn off the heat immediately.

6. Serve and Enjoy: Transfer the pasta to a serving plate. Garnish with some chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
