We use domestic ingredients: Chicken bones are produced at nearby meat processing plants belonging to the Nippon Ham group.

Soup Base -> Dilute 10 times(Soup:1;Water:9)
                     Dilute 20 times(Soup:1;Water:19)
How to useConcentrated chicken bone broth is suitable for making liquid dishes such as: Chicken pho, chicken vermicelli or vegetable soup.
How to defrost juice

Defrost in the refrigerator one day in advance
– It will solidify into a jelly-like state in the bag.
– Leave the bag intact, place the bag in moderately hot water (about 60-70℃, just enough to see a few bubbles around the pot).
– When the juice in the bag turns into liquid, the defrosting process is complete.
Note: Do not boil, as the flavor will be lost and the quality will be affected.
